Tempo PP low-level order picker

Atlet offers a new generation of high-performance low-level order pickers. The Tempo PP, based on Atlet's P-Type chassis, is designed for picking orders from first and second levels in warehouse racking. The truck combines high productivity with advanced ergonomics and offers significantly reduced maintenance costs, according to the company.

Atlet's modular design and build process allows users to specify a truck precisely matching their own operational requirements with a wide range of options available on the two base versions. The first version is designed for first level picking, with the driver in a fixed position. The second version rises for picking at second and sometimes third levels. Both can be supplied with either low- or high-lift forks to suit the type of picking regime adopted and the nature and volumes of the products to be picked. All of these variants can be supplied with standard tiller arm steering or Atlet's optional Ergo Steering system (power steering). The vehicles are designed for the high performance, reliability and productivity required for the demands of intensive, round-the-clock order picking operations. The powerful 2.2kW AC motor with 600Ah battery provides high travel speeds, rapid acceleration and fast fork lifting and lowering. The motor's regenerative system returns energy to the battery when braking or lowering the forks to enable longer and more intensive work cycles per battery charge. The trucks can operate in temperatures as low as -35 degrees F.
