ULC to be manufactured in the US

TGW-ERMANCO's ULC (Unit Load Conveyor) will now be manufactured in the United States. In the past, TGW manufactured the rugged conveyor in Austria, but production is now beginning at the company's Spring Lake, Mich., facility.

Rugged ULC chain and chain-driven live roller conveyors transport and accumulate loads weighing up to 3,300 pounds. Chain conveyors have overlapping chains at transfer points for smooth transitions from conveyor to conveyor. Chain tensioners can be easily adjusted without the use of tools and have a patented clutch to prevent over-tightening. ULC transfers use a lifting mechanism that moves horizontally as well as vertically, for gentle handling of pallets. This conveyor is backed by a two-year warranty. Engineering, application, spare parts, and service for ULC will now be based in the Spring Lake facility.
