Programmable vehicle monitoring devices

Keytroller Inc., a manufacturer of electronic safety devices for forklifts, has released two new programmable vehicle monitoring devices. The new LCD model devices, which work with forklifts of any make or model, help companies monitor operators, schedule maintenance and comply with OSHA-required checklist and training regulations.

The new monitoring devices, which are available in several configurations, offer features such as simple checklist logging with entry by code or RFID card input. The monitors can also record vehicle usage by operator and schedule maintenance by date or hour meter reading. Sensors are also able to monitor engine oil, temperature, and speed. Optional modules for impact sensing and GPS coordinate recording are also available.
