XP43CZ XenoPRESSURE accumulation conveyor

The XP43CZ XenoPRESSURE accumulation conveyor from TGW ERMANCO combines the best features of several current technologies to provide high-speed, quiet accumulation at an economical price. With its unique brake design, the new XP43CZ costs an average of 20 percent less than previous non-contact accumulators. It offers speeds of up to 180 feet per minute and exceptionally quiet operation at less that 60 db(A) at 120 feet per minute through the use of cushioned pneumatic actuation. This feature also increases component life.

The unit's XenoBRAKE design uses a quiet pad assembly. The zone sensor signals the XenoBRAKE assembly to rise against the underside of the carrying rollers, stopping and locking their rotation. This stops the product in that zone. XP43CZ incorporates CRUZcontrol, which has an integral photo eye, solenoid valve and control module. CRUZcontrol is pre-assembled, with local control logic built in rather than added at installation, greatly reducing field wiring and implementation time and expense.
