Autoslip Express

Automating the creation of packing slips allows packing station operators to be twice as productive as they can with manual processes. The new Autoslip Express packing slip system from PSI Engineering is designed specifically to increase productivity at packing stations without disrupting operations or requiring that space be allocated for large packing slip machinery.

The Autoslip Express is a stand-alone version of PSI's inline Autoslip packing slip system. The Express prints, folds and inserts up to four shipping documents into an adhesive pouch. The packing station operator can then apply the tamper-proof pouch to the shipping box.

The system is suitable for use in busy distribution centers, as well as facilities run by e-tailers capitalizing on opportunities in the growing mailorder industry. The Autoslip Express is seamlessly integrated into an existing warehouse with minimal downtime. In addition to increased productivity, the system is said to offer an attractive return on investment of less than one year.
