As warehouse aisles continue to shrink (driven by the need to maximize storage space and reduce costs), Crown offers the TSP 6000 Series trucks, which are designed for operator comfort and confidence in very narrow-aisle applications. The TSP 6000 trucks are engineered to be highly flexible and to perform a multitude of tasks throughout the warehouse, including picking, transporting and staging.
Trucks in the TSP 6000 Series have been designed to help warehouse managers maximize cube utilization and material-handling productivity. The trucks' multi-task controls, conveniently integrated into adjustable cushioned armrests, blend multiple load handling tasks simultaneously, saving valuable positioning time. The main mast can raise or lower while the auxiliary mast raises or lowers or pivots or traverses, all while the truck is traveling. The auxiliary mast can even traverse and pivot automatically to keep the pallet evenly centered between warehouse racks, enhancing productivity and reducing the risk of rack damage.
The MoveControl seat swivels to four different positions for optimum flexibility. The operator compartment features sensors in the floor and hand controls that assure the operator is in proper position before the truck can operate. Side gates open to allow drivers to enter and exit the truck easily, while providing a safe enclosure so operators can work confidently.
Crown's Load Path Stability Design evenly distributes the force of the load from the platform through the Mono-Mast to the ground. The mast minimizes twisting and swaying, while offering stability. In addition, the TSP 6000 Series features Crown's Access 1-2-3 Comprehensive System Control, keeping all truck systems?hydraulics to traction to steering?in constant communication. The truck's powerful AC lift and traction motors also provide high travel speeds with smooth and precise acceleration.
