BlueGrace Logistics Names New Chief People Officer

Riverview, FL - May 15, 2019 BlueGrace Logistics announced today that Justin Pinchback has joined the company as the new Chief People Officer (CPO). Justin will be responsible for all Talent Acquisition (Recruiting), Talent Development (Training), Employee Engagement (Culture), and Human Resources at BlueGrace, and he will be reporting directly to the CEO, Bobby Harris.

Mr. Pinchback comes to BlueGrace Logistics from Citadel, a financial services company based in Chicago, and he has been a trusted advisor to the C-Suite of some of the world's largest and most successful asset managers. He brings a passion for human capital innovation, data-driven approaches, and industry-leading human capital systems engineering.

Justin earned his MBA from Harvard Business School, where he was a Goldman Sachs Fellow. While at Harvard, Justin discovered his passion for management, organizations, and problem solving. Upon graduation, those interests lead him to Bain & Company, where he was a strategy consultant focused on human capital, M&A, and private equity. Prior to Harvard and Bain, Justin worked in front line roles at top firms like HSBC and Moody's.
