Riverview, FL - May 15, 2019 BlueGrace Logistics announced today that Justin Pinchback has joined the company as the new Chief People Officer (CPO). Justin will be responsible for all Talent Acquisition (Recruiting), Talent Development (Training), Employee Engagement (Culture), and Human Resources at BlueGrace, and he will be reporting directly to the CEO, Bobby Harris.

Mr. Pinchback comes to BlueGrace Logistics from Citadel, a financial services company based in Chicago, and he has been a trusted advisor to the C-Suite of some of the world's largest and most successful asset managers. He brings a passion for human capital innovation, data-driven approaches, and industry-leading human capital systems engineering.

Bobby Harris, CEO of BlueGrace, commented: "We conducted a nationwide search for the most talented executive available, and we are extremely pleased to add Justin Pinchback to our team. His experience in recruiting and developing the best and brightest candidates across the United States will serve BlueGrace well as we look to double our employee base and achieve our goal to become a multibillion-dollar company."

Justin earned his MBA from Harvard Business School, where he was a Goldman Sachs Fellow. While at Harvard, Justin discovered his passion for management, organizations, and problem solving. Upon graduation, those interests lead him to Bain & Company, where he was a strategy consultant focused on human capital, M&A, and private equity. Prior to Harvard and Bain, Justin worked in front line roles at top firms like HSBC and Moody's.

"I am excited to join BlueGrace Logistics, a company that services thousands of businesses by providing proprietary technology and world class service. As we look to hire young, entrepreneurial college graduates in Tampa, Los Angeles, Chicago, Boston, and our other offices around the country, I will be searching for candidates who can bring energy and expertise to augment the dynamic culture that exists at BlueGrace" said Mr. Pinchback.

Founded in 2009, BlueGrace Logistics is one of the largest third-party logistics providers in the United States. With over 600 employees and working with over 10,000 customers to provide successful shipping solutions, the company has achieved explosive growth in its 10-year operating history. Backed by a $255 million investment by private equity firm Warburg Pincus, the company operates 12 locations nationwide, and its headquarters are in the sunny Tampa Bay area of Florida.
