Supply Chain Now Radio and APICS Atlanta today announced the Atlanta Supply Chain Awards to be held March 12, 2019, at the Buckhead Club. Nominations are now open on www.atlantasupplychainawards.com and can be submitted until Feb 5. The awards spotlight dedicated professionals and outstanding organizations that are leading the way in the metro Atlanta supply chain community, with a portion of proceeds benefitting local scholarship programs. All companies with a presence in the 29-county metro Atlanta area are eligible.

"Atlanta is the #supplychaincity: our infrastructure, university system and research facilities are second to none in supporting supply chain and logistics," said Scott Luton, Chair of the 2019 Atlanta Supply Chain Awards Planning Committee. "The awards are a celebration of the men and women that continue to drive growth and innovation within supply chain in the Atlanta community."

The 2019 Awards are presented by APICS Atlanta, CSCMP Atlanta Roundtable and the Metro Atlanta Chamber. Categories include:

• The Sustainability Excellence Award
• Transportation Provider of the Year
• Freight Forwarder of the Year
• Sourcing Excellence Award
• Manufacturing Excellence Award
• Warehousing & Fulfillment Excellence Award
• Supply Chain Innovation of the Year
• Excellence in Supply Chain Aviation Award
• Supply Chain Pioneer Award
• Bright Future Award
• Supply Chain Culture Award

A well-qualified judges' panel will consider all applications and will determine each of the award winners based on information provided and key criteria identified. Individuals and companies may be nominated for more than one award. Nominate now.
