RoadOne Adds Robin Hood Container Express to its North American Intermodal Network

Randolph, Massachusetts, February 1, 2018- RoadOne IntermodaLogistics, a leading single source intermodal, distribution, and logistics service company, announces today that Robin Hood Container Express is merging with RoadOne. Robin Hood is a second-generation intermodal trucking company with operations throughout the U.S. Southeast including: Savannah, Charleston and Wilmington, North Carolina. The merger will expand RoadOne's overall North American intermodal network and reach to deliver strong support for customers in the future.

Robin Hood will benefit from RoadOne's strong fuel, truck and insurance purchasing capabilities, as well as RoadOne's full, end-to-end technology platform. The RoadOne Web-based technology platform includes: full end-to-end visibility with Container Intelligence Tracker; real time driver updates that integrate weather and traffic with RoadTrak and systematized route optimization.
