October 12, 2017 (Maynard, MA) - Kuebix, creator of a TMS that delivers true freight intelligence to businesses of all sizes, today announced a major expansion of its executive management team with four industry veterans: Rich Forcier as Chief Financial Officer, Hetal Joshi as Vice President of Worldwide Services, Emanuel Kadziela as Vice President of Engineering, John McCammond as Vice President of Business Development.

The four combined have many decades of direct industry experience and expertise accelerating market position and profitable growth for fast-paced businesses. They will help Kuebix keep pace with the rapid growth of the tech pioneer's cloud-based, multi-tenant, SaaS TMS, which provides visibility and control of freight operations to the shipper. As a result of its quick implementation, powerful functionality, and predictive analytics, Kuebix TMS has been widely embraced by businesses seeking to optimize their supply chains for performance and cost savings.

"Kuebix's technology, vision and dynamic team are generating a tremendous amount of excitement in the marketplace," stated Dan Clark, Kuebix Founder and President. "This market buzz has helped us to attract the most talented individuals from the finance, management consulting, engineering, and business development industries to lead our departments and fuel our continued growth."

Rich Forcier is CFO with extensive expertise in finance, administration, corporate strategy and business operations. He has helped grow businesses that have both recurring SaaS and transaction business models like that used by Kuebix. He has led numerous high-growth private and public technology companies from the early stages to successful exit events. Prior to joining Kuebix, Rich served as CFO of DataXu and held several leadership positions that led to the growth and sale of several enterprise technology companies. Rich received his BS from Babson College.

Hetal Joshi is Vice President of Worldwide Services where he will lead the implementation and managed services teams at Kuebix. He has over 18 years of management consulting experience, leading all aspects of transformation from strategy definition to implementation of transformational initiatives with proven ability to leverage best practices to achieve operational efficiency, cost savings and revenue growth. Prior to Kuebix, Hetal managed the Customer Experience & Process Transformation Practice at Cognizant, where he developed the go- to-market strategy and growth plans for the global business. He has also worked at Deloitte & Touche and built two start-ups from the ground up. Hetal has successfully built high performing teams of over 100 resources and managed business growth with profit-and-loss responsibilities of over $18 million. He holds a MS in Computer Information Systems from Bentley University.

Emanuel Kadziela is Vice President of Engineering and is responsible for managing the entire engineering organization at Kuebix. Before joining Kuebix, Emanuel served as Senior Director of Engineering for OANDA Corp., where he managed a geographically dispersed engineering team, started new business lines, and was involved in company-wide initiatives including the implementation of Agile processes. Another effort required re-architecting and rewriting core systems form a hodgepodge of languages, frameworks and code as old as 20 years.

Before OANDA, Emanuel managed the entire engineering organization as Currensee, Inc.'s Director of Engineering. This included development, quality assurance and large parts of product development and research. Earlier in his career, he served as a senior software developer for Yodle Inc., a local search and online marketing start-up. Emanuel holds a BA in Mathematics from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT).

John McCammond is Vice President of Business Development with a background in business development at SaaS-based and enterprise software companies. John is tasked with developing new distribution partnerships and integration alliances for Kuebix. He built partner ecosystems for Fleetmatics (acquired by Verizon), Imprivata, Globoforce, Bullhorn and Salary.com (IPO). Prior to that, he ran business development/channel sales for Avaki (acquired by Sybase) and Engage (IPO). John first got into high tech at Stratus Computer in several marketing and sales roles. He started out on Wall Street as a banker for JP Morgan before heading to business school. John earned a BA from Williams College and a MBA from Harvard Business School.
