SOMERSET, N.J. (Sept. 28, 2017) - BEUMER Group, a global supplier of equipment for the transportation of bulk and piece goods and innovative palletizing technology, today announced a $5,000 donation to the Greater Houston Community Foundation for Hurricane Harvey Relief.
An exhibitor and presenter at the Gulf Coast Solids Handling & Processing Show to be held Oct. 10 at the Pasadena Convention Center, BEUMER has further ties to The Lone Star State employing more than 100 persons in its Airport Baggage Handling division in Arlington.
"While businesses continue to operate and trade shows go on as scheduled, we know that those in the Houston area are continuing to try to overcome the effects of what is now being called the worst flooding disaster in U.S. history," said John Sarinick, Chief Sales Officer. "We hope that this donation will help provide emergency support and comfort to individuals and families affected by Hurricane Harvey."
