Enspire Commerce Selected by American Freight Furniture to Transform the Customer Experie

SEATTLE (June 26, 2017) - Enspire Commerce, an enVista company, and a leading provider of unified commerce solutions on a single platform, announces today at the Future Stores Conference in Seattle, Washington, that it has successfully deployed its Unified Commerce Platform integrated with Microsoft Dynamics 365 for leading national furniture retailer American Freight Furniture (AFF). AFF is leveraging several Enspire Commerce business process objects and its multi-enterprise integration framework on a common data architecture to enable AFF's customer-centric, unified commerce strategy across its network of 145 stores.

AFF deployed Enspire Commerce's fixed station and mobile point of sale (POS/mPOS), order management (OMS), product information management (PIM), and omni-channel fulfillment execution (buy online/pick up at store and ship from store) to optimize the customer experience. The Enspire Commerce POS and OMS solutions seamlessly integrate with Microsoft Dynamics 365, improving financial data integrity, controls and compliance.

In particular, the combination of order management and mobile point of sale (mPOS) on the same platform deliver critical capabilities to help AFF optimize customer engagement, including: delivering enterprise inventory visibility that enables store associates to fulfill from and ship to any location; cataloging capabilities to showcase inventory options unavailable in the store; and visibility to customers' order histories to deliver personalized shopping experiences.

"After spending a considerable amount of time reviewing solution options, we selected the Enspire Commerce platform to deliver customer-centric commerce and meet our business objectives," said AFF's COO Jim Brownell. "We needed an agile solution footprint built for the cloud that could be implemented in months, not years. There are very few solution providers that can bring a wealth of knowledge and consulting experience in retail, digital commerce and brick-and-mortar that also provide an integrated platform to manage 'order to cash' and 'procure to pay' across all channels. Enspire Commerce was a clear choice. We are thrilled the Enspire Commerce team has helped us attain our unified commerce objectives in such a short timeframe."

Enspire Commerce CEO Jim Barnes, said, "In today's competitive retail landscape, it's the fast that eat the slow. American Freight's leadership astutely understands the value of strategically partnering with experienced supply chain and retail consultants who can help determine the optimal path to unified commerce and then deliver enabling solutions on an enterprise commerce platform to rapidly enable those goals."

Barnes continued, "Our unique business process-oriented architecture allows us to tailor our platform to meet American Freight's unique business requirements. The Enspire Commerce cloud-based platform will allow American Freight to easily scale as it adds store locations, but more importantly, enables American Freight to deliver customized shopping experiences and optimal customer service across channels for improved brand loyalty, competitive advantage and profitability."

Brownell continued "The Enspire Commerce offering is a true platform solution with an integration framework, versus an application framework. As such, it allows our company to manage items, customers, orders, inventory, stores, and vendor fulfillment across channels. Combined with Dynamics 365 and Targit's business intelligence solution, we have been able to simplify our total technology footprint to better unify commerce and the customer experience."

AFF also leveraged Enspire Commerce's expert digital design team to re-platform AFF's current website onto Magento 2.0 in order to enable a single view of all customers, items and orders across all selling and marketing channels.

Brownell and Barnes will co-present about leveraging a unified commerce platform approach to unify commerce June 27, at Future Stores Seattle. To learn more about Enspire Commerce, visit http://www.enspirecommerce.com/.
