SAN ANTONIO - April 12, 2017 - CBRE announces a 147,840-square-foot lease for Southern Warehousing and Distribution at Interchange East Distribution Center in San Antonio. The San Antonio-based company is a full-service warehouse and shipping provider.
The industrial facility, located at 5050 Stout Drive at the intersection of Loop 410 and IH-10, offers a fenced truck court and parking, 22-foot clear height, 10 dock high doors, one ramped door and a sprinkler system.
"There is an increasing demand for large bulk warehouse space for local and regional product distribution in the San Antonio market," said Josh Aguilar, vice president, Industrial & Logistics, CBRE. "This transaction represents the continuation of this trend."
Mr. Aguilar and Rob Burlingame with CBRE in San Antonio represented the landlord, Prologis, in lease negotiations.
