CHICAGO, IL — April 10, 2017 — LoadDelivered CEO, Robert Nathan, participated in a panel discussion at the
TIA Capitol Ideas Conference & Exhibition 2017 on April 6 in Las Vegas, Nevada. The panel was "The Path to
Growing a Freight Brokerage" and provided tips from Nathan and other industry experts on how to scale a
brokerage startup.

Kevin Nolan, CEO and President of Nolan Trans, moderated the session and Nathan and Jonathan Sisler,
President of Coyote Logistics, were the panelists. Key discussion points covered include how to scale your
business, what to expect in the first few years of a freight startup, and how to deal with the unique challenges of starting a brokerage.

"I was so honored and excited to be a part of this panel at TIA 2017," said Nathan, "Jonathan (Sisler) and
Kevin (Nolan) are two of the sharpest minds in the business and they each have extensive experience scaling
freight brokerages. Their unique perspectives, coupled with my own journey starting LoadDelivered and
focusing on food and beverage temperature-controlled shipping, made for a very informative session."
