INDIANAPOLIS (March 23, 2017) - Enspire Commerce, an enVista company that provides cloud-based, unified commerce software solutions on a single platform, announces today Ruth Minj has joined as vice president of product strategy and development. In this role, Minj will be responsible for helping Enspire Commerce to strategically build out its solutions in ways that enable retailers and distributors to respond to evolving customer engagement opportunities and to unify commerce with cloud-based solutions on a single platform. The Enspire Commerce cloud-based platform integrates: order management (OMS) with enterprise inventory visibility, point of sale (POS/mPOS), product information management (PIM), trading partner management/EDI, omni-channel fulfillment execution, and e-Commerce solutions.

Prior to joining Enspire Commerce, Minj held positions in retail technology with Sterling Commerce (formerly Yantra) as a solutions manager, initiating sustainable revenue pipelines, enhancing profitable operations and optimizing resource utilization to exceed financial, marketing and competitive advantage goals for key stakeholders.

Enspire Commerce CEO Jim Barnes, said, "We are beyond pleased that Ruth has joined the Enspire Commerce team to help us identify and capitalize on solution development opportunities that remain ahead of retailers' requirements. Ruth is extremely respected in the retail technology market because of her strategic solution vision and her ability to bring innovative capabilities to the omni-channel retail market, especially around enterprise inventory visibility and order management. We are excited that she is joining the Enspire team and that our clients will benefit from her talents."

Minj brings a broad range of experience with retail technology, having been a part of global business development, consultative selling, omni-channel management, supply chain management, start-up and expansion, operations and infrastructure scalability, company, product and service strategy and implementation, digital commerce and P&L management.

"Enspire Commerce is quickly making a name for itself in the retail technology industry, and I couldn't be more thrilled to join such a forward-looking team," said Minj. "Serving as a trusted advisor to Enspire Commerce and its associates, I plan to contribute to the solution's overall success in the market by enhancing the sales and growth strategy to increase revenue and improve Enspire's market position."

The Enspire Commerce cloud-based software suite integrates advanced order management (OMS), product information management (PIM), trading partner management (TPM), point of sale (POS), omni-channel fulfillment execution and e-commerce solutions on an integration platform as a service (iPaaS) customer engagement platform. This multi-tenant architecture integration framework ensures Enspire's solutions readily integrate with a company's existing retailing systems, reducing implementation timeframes to months or weeks, instead of years. It also enables seamless interactions between retailers and their suppliers, logistics partners, stores, and customers.
