The award is presented in tribute to Mr. Haggerty, an exemplary CBRE Industrial professional for 18 years until he passed away in 2008. CBRE grants the award each year to the Industrial professional who best exemplifies the passion, dedication and teamwork routinely displayed by Mr. Haggerty.

"Seeing Dave Anderson recognized by his peers for his tireless efforts is one of the highlights of my career," said Adam Mullen, Senior Managing Director of Advisory & Transaction Services | Industrial & Logistics. "He has consistently generated outstanding results over his illustrious career, which sets a high standard for us all to emulate."

Mr. Anderson, a Vice Chairman in CBRE's Industrial & Logistics business line, was named CBRE's top Industrial professional in North Texas in 18 of the past 19 years and ranked within CBRE's annual Colbert Coldwell Circle for outstanding producers in nine times since 1998. Based in Dallas, Mr. Anderson received CBRE's prestigious Edward S. Gordon Memorial Award this year and earned the NAIOP title of Industrial Broker of the Year in 2000, 2010, 2013 and 2015.

"Dave Haggerty was a good friend of mine at CBRE, so winning this award that is named in his honor is really a special thing," Mr. Anderson said. "To me, this award represents teamwork over the long term with the goal of providing the best service platform for our clients."

Mr. Anderson joined CBRE's Industrial business as an Associate in 1983. Prior to that, he worked for more than six years for Bethlehem Steel. He earned his Bachelor's Degree in Marketing and Finance from Southern Methodist University.
