Los Angeles - April 9, 2016 - CBRE Group, Inc., today announced that Brenda Crisp, a veteran real estate executive with more than 30 years of property and portfolio-management experience, has joined the company as Managing Director of Industrial & Logistics Asset Services, the Americas.

CBRE already leads the industry for third-party management of industrial properties in the Americas, with 366 million square feet under management. Ms. Crisp's deep experience and proven leadership in industrial property management will further enhance CBRE's service offerings in the industrial and logistics industries as both are reshaped by the rapid growth of e-commerce.

Ms. Crisp will lead CBRE's Asset Services offering of services such as property management, accounting, project management and engineering services for industrial properties in the Americas. Based in Chicago, Ms. Crisp reports to Grayson Gill, Chief Operating Officer, Asset Services, and works closely with Scott Marshall, Executive Managing Director of Industrial & Logistics for the Americas, and Steve Bassett, Executive Managing Director of Strategic Accounts.

"Brenda's focus on clients and her ability to dive deeply with specific, complex portfolio strategies will further set CBRE apart from our competition and serve our clients at a world-class level," Mr. Gill said. "She brings considerable skills serving top institutional owners of industrial property in the fields of property management, revenue production, financial management and client services."

Brenda arrives at CBRE with a long and distinguished track record in property management, both on the ownership and service provider sides. She spent the past six years at JLL, overseeing the company's management of U.S. industrial buildings as Managing Director of National Industrial Property Management. Prior to JLL, Ms. Crisp spent two years as Managing Director of Property Management Operations for InSite Real Estate. Her earlier work included roles in property and portfolio management at First Industrial Realty Trust, Colliers Turley Martin Tucker and Grubb & Ellis.

Ms. Crisp earned her B.A. in Real Estate from DePaul University.
