Master Plan Communications Hires Key Personnel to Line Up for Further Growth in Material Handling

February 18, 2016
No Comments

Master Plan Communications (MPC) today announced that in its pursuit of delivering quality and strategic public relations programs to its clients, the agency has two promotions and two new hires to expand the steadily growing company. These changes come after an impressive track record of year-over-year double- and triple-digit growth since the agency started in late 2011. These new changes ensure that the agency is structured to scale in 2016, providing services to the material handling industry, including Hannibal Industries, Raymond Handling Concepts Corporation, Storage Solutions, Inc., AMETEK Prestolite Power and Liftrucks, Etc.

The agency's first employee, Deborah "Debs" Cser, was recently promoted from account executive to account supervisor where she oversees day-to-day activity on agency's material handling accounts. After four years with the agency, Cser has been a primary asset to the success of the company.

"Debs has gone above and beyond to prove that she is not only capable of managing multiple accounts and employees, but that she cares about our clients and is driven to ensure the success of each and every one," said Ashton Maxfield, managing director of Master Plan Communications. "Her ability to manage and help execute the strategic vision of the company has grown leaps and bounds over the last few years, and I look forward to seeing the challenges we can conquer as a team."

In addition, the agency promoted Michael Custodio to account executive after his commitment to the agency and its clients has resulted in impressive placements in the top material handling media outlets. "He is and will continue to be a tremendous asset to MPC," continued Maxfield.

MPC has also added Angelyssa Granillo as assistant account executive and Manda Manning as account coordinator. These positions will be key in providing support to the growing portfolio the agency currently holds. MPC also significantly expanded its network of contractors that help execute additional services the company offers, including video production, graphic design, ad buys, photography, website design, event planning and more.
