Invata receives integrator award

Invata Intralogistics, a systems integrator specializing in automated fulfillment and distribution center operations, has received the Platinum Integrator Award, an honor bestowed by TGW, a one-stop provider of logistics solutions.

Invata, located in Conshohocken, Pa., applies its brand of paired warehouse management systems and material handling equipment to create high-rate sortation and storage solutions tailored to any warehouse. Customers are guided through this process by the company's "algorithm for certainty," a methodology for applying the integrator's purpose-built business planning process to each new site, said Walter High, Invata's vice president of marketing.

With many existing installations in e-commerce and retail distribution warehouses, the company plans to expand next into the areas of parts distribution and wholesale distribution.
