Pick two: Strategic partnership between Twinlode, Hannibal adds dual-entry option to tubular racks

Hannibal Industries and Twinlode today announced a strategic partnership that will allow the two steel rack companies to offer one product that combines two of their best-known features: dual-entry and tubular racking.

Twinlode's dual-pallet rack is built so that two pallet locations are placed side by side with an open space in the middle, which allows a forklift to drive into the rack and pick two pallets at a time. Hannibal Industries' TubeRack Systems are made of single tubes of steel as opposed to sheets of rolled-steel welded racking. The design allows the rack to better handle seismic events; as a result, users can get by with thinner concrete slab floors than they could with traditional racks.

As a result of the partnership, the Twinlode Gen 2 dual-entry racking is now using Hannibal's tubular racking.
