Material handling provider Hytrol Conveyor Co. was among a select group of U.S. companies to appear at the White House today in a celebration of "Made in America" week.
Hytrol, based in Jonesboro, Ark., was chosen to represent the state at an event hosted by President Trump. The event highlights and celebrates American-made products, and encourages other companies to manufacture their products in the United States, according to a statement released by The White House.
By offering each state the opportunity to showcase a "Made in America" product, President Trump reaffirms the administration's commitment to encourage U.S. manufacturing that will stimulate the economy and create jobs, according to the White House statement. Accompanying President Trump will be the Vice President, Cabinet Secretaries, members of Congress, and members of the President's senior staff, the White House said.
