What does it take to be a market-leading supply chain? According to Stanford University: agility, adaptability, and alignment. To help leaders create such a "triple-A supply chain," the university has developed an executive education course called "Strategies and Leadership in Supply Chains."
The course emphasizes the necessary role that crossfunctional coordination and collaboration play in achieving supply chain excellence. It also explores topics like aligning supply and demand, achieving sustainability, and using advanced technologies.
Instructors integrate ideas from the latest research with best practices from industry-leading organizations. They also teach participants how to structure their supply chains to influence the strategic and organizational direction of their companies.
