Students who enroll in Northeastern University's supply chain management graduate certificate program can expect to participate in more than the standard classroom discussions, individual research projects, and case studies. They will also have frequent opportunities to interact with executives working in the field. The school has made a special point of working closely with industry partners to develop its graduate programs and to bring in guest speakers. In the past, the certificate classes have featured presentations and question-and-answer sessions with executives from Maersk Logistics, Dollar Tree Stores, Ocean Spray Cranberries, GE Supply Logistics, and Staples.
Designed for the working professional, the Boston-based program consists of four graduate-level courses: supply chain management, the transportation industries, executive roundtable in supply chain management, and global supply chain management.
Each of the four courses will cost $3,330. The application deadline for the fall term is July 25, 2007, with classes starting on Sept. 5. For more information, visit www.cba.neu.edu/graduate.
