Tom Tanel, CEO of Cattan Services Group, will arrive in Missouri next month prepared to both show and tell. Tanel will present two warehousing seminars in the Show Me State as part of the Warehousing Education and Research Council's (WERC) seminar series.
The first, "Management Skills for Warehouse Supervisors," takes place June 12-13. It will be followed on June 14-15 by "Managing Warehouse Operations." Both programs will be held at the Sheraton Clayton Plaza Hotel in Clayton, Mo.
As its title suggests, the first course covers management basics for warehouse and shipping supervisors, particularly those new to the job. The second program, which provides guidance on evaluating current warehouse processes, is aimed at newly hired warehouse and office personnel or managers who want a refresher course.
The fee is $699 per seminar, with discounts available for multiple registrants from one company. Each seminar is limited to the first 35 registrants. For more information or to register, visit www.werc.org.
