Plastic storage bins

Akro-Mils has expanded its line of two-toned Indicator Bins, low-cost plastic storage bins that are designed to offer effective inventory control at a glance. Now available in four sizes, the Indicator Bins simplify visual recognition when supplies need to be replenished.

The units, which are part of Akro-Mils' BinTelligence Series, allow end users to stock, pick, flip, and replenish: that is, they stock the bin using the divider to designate volume for the inventory reserve; pick from the blue side of the bin until they reach the divider; flip the bin to the orange reserve to show inventory levels are low; and replenish the bin and repeat.

The bins work with 14- and 18-inch wire shelving, 12- and 18-inch steel shelving, and pick rack systems.
