NewAir I.B. Express

The NewAir I.B. Express system is the latest inflatable cushioning system from Sealed Air. This versatile packaging system quickly creates Barrier Bubble material that can be used for cushioning as well as blocking and bracing applications. By quickly creating strong packaging materials on site and on demand, the NewAir I.B. Express system eliminates the need to store large amounts of bulky materials.

The compact NewAir I.B. Express system allows operators to create inflatable Barrier Bubble cushions with widths of 12 and 24 inches at workstations and a variety of other locations. The system is compatible with a number of batching options, such as the roll winder attachment, Instasheeter high-speed converting system, and Jet Stream delivery system. The NewAir I.B. Express system also includes options for film strength.
