DALLAS - January 12, 2017 - CBRE announces the sale of the North American Logistics Portfolio, located in nine key logistics markets around the United States. New York City-based Gramercy Property Trust purchased the portfolio for investment purposes from San Antonio-based USAA Real Estate Company for an undisclosed price.
The 10.2-million-square-foot portfolio is comprised of 17 Class A distribution facilities and is 97 percent occupied.
The assets included in the portfolio are:
+ Indianapolis, Indiana - 2801 Airwest and Plainfield Distribution Center, 1.2 million square feet
+ Vallejo-Fairfield, California - Fermi Drive Industrial, 607,208 square feet
+ Sacramento, California - 260 Pioneer, 280 Pioneer, 520,800 square feet
+ Memphis, Tennessee - Stateline Bldg F, Stateline Bldg H, Chickasaw Bldg D, Chickasaw Bldg G, 2,483,952 square feet
+ Dallas, Texas - Trade Avenue, 527,100 square feet
+ Cincinnati, Ohio - Port Union A, Port Union H, Cummins Distribution Center, 1.4 million square feet
+ Atlanta, Georgia - Interstate South Bldg 4 and Clorox BTS, 1.8 million square feet
+ Charleston, South Carolina - TBC Distribution Center, 1.1 million square feet
+ Jacksonville, Florida - GE Distribution Center, 469,830 square feet
Major tenants include Rite Aid, Clorox Manufacturing Co. and Whirlpool.
CBRE's National Partners arranged the sale on behalf of the Seller.
