National Forklift Safety Day 2017
Here is our special coverage to mark this year's National Forklift Safety Day, June 13.
On June 13, members of the Industrial Truck Association (ITA) will take part in the fourth annual National Forklift Safety Day in Washington, D.C., and around the country. This event provides an opportunity for the industry to educate customers and government officials about the safe use of forklifts and the importance of proper operator training.
As the official media sponsor of National Forklift Safety Day, DC Velocity has created this special section about forklift safety. Included in this section are an interview with a prominent forklift safety advocate, Brian Feehan of the ITA; a feature story on how forklift manufacturers design safety enhancements into their trucks; and a roundup of new forklift safety products>.
