CubiScan introduces a new advanced dimensioning system

Designed to capture accurate dimensions and weights for larger, irregular-shaped items, the CubiScan 325 creates a flexible and economical solution for demanding cubing and weighing applications.

By DC Velocity Staff

Cubiscan has introduced its CubiScan 325, an advanced dimensioning system designed to accurately measure and weigh those difficult, irregular-shaped items for distribution, packaging, and warehouse fulfillment. The 325 integrates infrared sensing technology to measure smaller and much larger odd-shaped objects, in one comprehensive cubing and weighing system.

This system delivers a powerful dimensioning solution for challenging shipping, distribution, and on-demand box-making applications in all retail and wholesale distribution operations. The CubiScan 325 is designed to maximize storage space and enhance cartonization methods, which can reduce the use of packaging materials and potentially decrease dimensional based shipping charges. The cube and weight data collected by the 325 also benefits the environment by reducing packaging waste and minimizing fuel emissions.
